AAU Taekwondo is proud to announce the following promotions to 'AA' Official's Classification

21 of the 38 Officials that requested to be evaluated were promoted to a higher classification. 

Classification upgrades ranging from 'C' to 'AA' were sought at the 2006 Nationals in Knoxville.

The AAU Taekwondo Officials Program offers the opportunity for Officials to seek promotion.  Promotion comes by demonstrating officiating proficiency during competition.  Promotion in classification requires passing a written test and a satisfactory evaluation during the course of the National Championships.  Information on the strengths and weaknesses will be forwarded to all those that were evaluated. These evaluation reports will help in the continuing development of the Officials.  Great Officials are key to great events.  Thank you to all our Officials that give so generously of your time and talent.
