Congratulations to Cameron Reppert, this year’s male recipient of the 2016 Amateur Athletic Union Taekwondo Youth Leadership Award.

Meet Cameron Reppert, an accomplished 3rd  Degree Black Belt Taekwondo with 14 years of experience.  An impressive athlete, coach, official & assistant instructor who is a role model for everyone he meets.  Some of his interests besides Taekwondo include soccer, Jiu-Jitsu & accomplishments in several extracurricular school activities including student council President & Judge for Cognetics.                              

Cameron’s competition record is impressive having participated and won numerous state and national events since 2009.  One of his biggest accomplishments was being winning a gold medal at the 2016 AAU National Championships.  He has earned a total of  six National medals in five tournaments. 

Being an Assistant Instructor, Cameron has shown great leadership inside and outside of his school.  Cameron has distinguished himself ranking 17 in his class of 483students.  In 2015 he was an inductee of the National Honor Society and took Advanced Placement courses.   He was a 2x Boys Varsity Soccer letterer and was accepted to the Greater Flemington Soccer club fever which is a top 200 ranked soccer team in the nation.   Cameron was accepted to the Hunn School of Princeton for summer leadership camp.  The Rachel's Challenge Chain Links Club named him a leader multiple times.  He is extremely proud of his involvement with the Guardian Angels Charity event "Conquer the Mountain" where he inspires others to finish the challenge.

 

Cameron understands his position as a role model by embracing all aspects of the Martial Arts, including competition, teaching, leadership, and education.  He is a dynamic individual who loves finding the ability to share, encourage and inspire others into these areas and applies what he learns in the Martial Arts to his everyday life.
