Instructors who know an exceptional 15 to 18 year old Black Belt should submit their application for consideration. This award includes a $1,000.00 scholarship for continuing education for one male & one female winner. It recognizes the individual who demonstrates the qualities of leadership that inspires everyone. Fill out the application and requirements listed and return by December 1st.  Previous winners may not reapply.  Non selected applicants may re-apply. 

A three member committee will consider all applicants. This three member committee will be chaired by Master Kevin Balon, Master Cheryl Fuhrmann and Master Antionette Chavez. They understand the qualities of excellence that are being looked for in the winner as they helped to foster these qualities in their own children and students.

Announcement of the winner will be made by December 31st. An award, letter of congratulations and a check will be mailed to the winners following.  A story will be posted on the home page of our website, www.aautaekwondo.org, for all to see.
