This year’s coaches were selected based on both our current existing pool of amazingly talented coaches, who bring new depth to our program. We are extremely proud of our staff and are humbled by their commitment to AAU and the continued development of our extraordinarily talented athletes. Our confidence in the national coaching staff cannot be understated as this group of coaches’ accomplishments are outstanding.
We are also proud to announce that in the 2019/2020 season we will roll out a new coaching selection process. Our new system, which is being developed alongside our National coaching staff, will bring clarity to the selection process and provide practical data to make the selection process transparent.
