SCHEDULE OF EVENTS ATHLETE & COACH DEVELOPMENT CAMP SERIES - SOUTH

The AAU is proud to offer an opportunity to train with the USA’s leading coaches in a 3-day sport Taekwondo camps. These camps are designed to give a quality and unique specialized training experience for athletes and coaches who are seeking to improve and accelerate their performance in the ring. Lead by AAU National Coach Juan Miguel Moreno (Welcome Video - Coming Soon), Three Time Olympian Paige McPherson, AAU National Coach Christian Bayley and AAU National Coach Toby Oliver - you are sure to receive the most up-to-date training methods used with all current national and international champions.

SCHEDULE OF EVENTS

DAY 1 - FRIDAY, OCTOBER 15TH (1 PM to 8 PM)
- 5 PM - 6 PM --- Check-In, Camp Overview, General Training & Athlete Evaluations (No Spectators)
- 6 PM - 8 PM --- Sport Specific Taekwondo Skills & Drills

DAY 2 - SATURDAY, OCTOBE 16TH (8 AM to 5:30 PM) - Pink Out Day for Breast Cancer Awareness
- 8 AM - 9 AM --- Sport Specific Strength & Condiditoning
- 11 AM - 1 PM --- KPnP Sparring & Strategy/Tactics
- Break
- 4 PM - 5:30 PM ---- Men's Breakout Session - Featuring Juan Moreno & Toby Oliver
- 4 PM - 5:30 PM ---- Women's Breakout Session - Featuring Christina Bayley, Paige McPherson & Nikki Oliver
- 5:30 PM - 7 PM ---- Coaches Developmental Session
- 7:30 PM --- Coaches Networking (Location TBD)

DAY 3 - SUNDAY, OCTOBER 17TH - 9 AM to 11 AM
- 9:30 AM --- Coffee with the Coaches
- 10 AM - 11:30 AM --- Taekwondo Training & KPnP Sparring
- 11:30 AM --- Closing Remarks
